Key Duties as an Sales Account Manager- Responding promptly to telephone and web enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Managing a portfolio of around 250 active customers, keeping in regular contact to strengthen relationships and grow revenue. Generating and issuing quotes via our CRM, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up to date. Preparing reports and updates for our monthly sales meetings. Identifying and developing new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients. Upselling and cross-selling across our full product range to maximise account potential. Prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads and onboard new customers. Participating in regular product training sessions with our suppliers and in-house team.
