Accounts Payable OfficerA market leading global business are seeking an experienced accounts payable officer to join their team on a temporary contract for a minimum term of 3 months. The successful applicant will absolutely enjoy going into the office (just 2 days per week) as the team are both fun and supportive. Due to the length of the contract it is important applicants have significant accounts payable experience in order to ''hit the ground running''. ResponsibilitiesMulti-currency invoice processing across UK and multiple European countriesExpense management and query resolutionMonitoring the AP inbox to resolve supplier enquiriesPerform supplier statement reconciliationsUsing SAP on a daily basisWorking as part of a team but confident in taking responsibility for designated accounts Suitable applicantsWill be available at very short noticeHave strong working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systemExperience in multi-currency invoice processingWill be happy to commit to the length of the contract (3 months)Confident and able to work with minimal supervision
