Join a leading specialist school in Horley as a Learning and Pastoral Support Assistant. Your Role: Build trusting relationships using PACE, trauma-informed practice, and emotional regulation strategies. Provide one-to-one and small-group academic and pastoral support aligned to EHCP/IEP objectives. Act as a positive role model, promoting collaboration, aspiration, resilience, and empowerment. Support Enrichment and Personal Development Clubs. Assist with supervision, progress records, assessments, and liaison with parents and professionals. We Are Looking For: Genuine passion for working with children with additional needs. Experience or strong desire to train in SEMH, autism, and trauma-informed approaches.
