Site Manager - KentExternal Planned Maintenance - Social HousingUp to £55,000 Plus Package Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division on a long term external scheme of work. Projects that are being delivered will be Roofing, Windows and Doors projects. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around Kent on a 5 year contract. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections of worksHealth and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering external planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. A full UK Drivers License is also required for this position.
