Site Manager Location: Rochester, Kent Contract: Temporary 12 weeks Rate: £350 per day CIS Clearance: EL1 Clearance required Trevett Services are working with an established mechanical and building services contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a 12-week project within a prison environment in the Rochester area. The role will involve overseeing a boiler replacement project working in a non-working capacity and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of works on site. Key Responsibilities Overseeing a boiler replacement project Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors. Provide day-to-day site supervision and ensure works remain on programme. Manage RAMS, permits and site health and safety. Monitor quality and progress of works. Liaise with the project team and prison/site stakeholders. Ensure all works are delivered safely and to the required standard. Requirements EL1 Clearance essential. SMSTS essential. First Aid essential. Previous Site Manager experience.
