Growth Team at Capital on Tap

You''ll join the Growth Team, reporting to our Lead Commercial Analyst. The team''s mission is to drive customer acquisition, improve profitability, and maximise efficiency.

What You''ll Be Doing

We''re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to help drive our rapid expansion by identifying and executing on high-impact commercial opportunities.

For your first 6-12 months, you''ll lead the development of a world-class direct marketing system - the backbone of our customer acquisition engine. You''ll own the commercial and technical strategy for our largest acquisition channel and have a direct PandL impact.

Beyond this, you''ll have the opportunity to either broaden your impact across other strategic areas of the business or double down on scaling and optimising our direct marketing capabilities.Identifying, analysing, and executing opportunities to boost productivity and reduce costs in direct marketingEvaluating new approaches, data sources, and toolsMonitoring channel performance and contributing to model improvementsAdvising on strategic and commercial decisionsExpanding your impact across other business areas over time

We''re Looking For

Required:Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills2:1 or higher in a quantitative degree from a top universityStrong communication skills across stakeholders, including senior leadershipA self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environmentsWillingness to dig deep into data, tools, and systemsCuriosity about Growth and building world-class acquisition functions

Preferred3-6 years'' experience in top-tier consulting or a high-growth startup1st-class degree in a quantitative field from a top universityExperience with advanced statistical or machine learning methods

Nice to have skills:Familiarity with SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Looker, Hex, Azure DevOpsBackground in Marketing, Credit, or Financial ServicesExperience with advanced experimentation structure and design
