The working pattern consists of early and late shifts. Shift pattern: Early - 07:45am 15:45pm. Lates - 12:15pm 20:15pm Pay rate for this job role is £13.21 per hour on PAYE A current Enhanced DBS covering Child and adult s workforce will be required for this job role. Service User group is young people, -year-olds. No Line Management Duties The Responsibilities: As a Support Worker, you will be required to develop young people led support using person-centered approaches. You will be required to undertake assessments and to produce and review support plans and risk assessments for individuals to ensure a high-quality standard of support that promotes independent living. In your role as a Support worker, you will need to ensure a high standard of service delivery is achieved by championing organisati
