What you''ll be doing:

- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.

- Handling enquiries via phone and email.

- Managing administration and keeping property records up to date.

- Supporting the day-to-day management of a property portfolio.

- Learning all aspects of residential property management from experienced professionals.

We''re looking for someone who:

- Has experience in sales, customer service or an office-based role.

- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Enjoys working with people and solving problems.

- Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

- Is motivated to learn and develop a career within the property industry.
