This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the vehicle repair journey.Your responsibilities will include Welcoming customers and managing all enquiries professionally.Booking vehicles in for repairs and coordinating appointments.Providing regular updates on repair progress.Liaising with technicians, estimators, insurers and suppliers.Managing customer expectations and resolving queries efficiently.Processing paperwork and maintaining accurate customer records.Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time.Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
