This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs to help them achieve their full potential in a nurturing learning environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needsAssist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activitiesSupport pupils with emotional, behavioural, and social developmentHelp create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentMonitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staffPromote independence and confidence in all pupilsRequirements:Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (essential)A patient, empathetic, and proactive approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to commit to full-time work (5 days per week)Must hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to purchase one prior to startingMust be able to provide the last 2 years worth of professional work referencesWhat We Offer:A supportive and welcoming school environmentOpportunities for training and professional
