What You''ll Do
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • 1:1 and small group support, helping students engage meaningfully in lessons.
  • Assisting in delivering dynamic lessons tailored to the unique needs of each child.
  • Encouraging social and emotional development, fostering positive relationships, and promoting good behaviour.
  • Inspiring students to become more confident and independent, inside and outside the classroom.

What You Need to Apply

  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Enhanced Child Barred List DBS check (or willingness to apply).
  • Two professional references related to working with children or young people.
