About the Role As HR Manager, you will lead and deliver HR operations across the business, ensuring a professional, efficient, and positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, and offboarding Maintain and update HR policies in line with UK employment law Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and internal policies Coordinate health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and office policies Advise managers on employee relations, absence, conduct, and performance issues Manage sickness, absence tracking, and holiday records Oversee training, development, and appraisal processes Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Administer employee benefits, pensions, and enrolment processes Maintain accurate personnel records and HR systems Skills and Experience Essential Proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Management role Strong knowledge of UK employm
