Job: 2668 Location: North London Type: Permanent Lead the residential service to improve CQC standards and ensure high quality care delivery Ensure effective operation of care and support systems leading to positive outcomes for residents Monitor, audit and review services, taking appropriate corrective action where necessary Demonstrate high professional standards and leadership, supporting staff with support plans, risk assessments and documentation Coordinate resources to ensure effective service delivery and participate in development planning Build and maintain effective relationships with CQC, Local Authorities, and professional stakeholders Ensure person-centred approaches are used with emphasis on dignity and respect Oversee financial management including budget control, petty cash and service user monies Line manage deputy, floor managers and other key staff, providing coaching and mentoring Assess training needs, review completion data, and organise or deliver training as required Lead formal processes including disciplinary hearings, appeals, and grievances in line with protocols Maintain focus on safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control standards Required Skills and Experience ..... full job details .....
