Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management Lead, motivate and support the residential care team. Provide regular supervision, guidance and professional support to staff. Organise staff rotas and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Monitor staff performance and identify training and development needs. Promote a positive, professional and child-centred culture throughout the home. Safeguarding and Children''s Welfare Ensure the safety, welfare and wellbeing of all children and young people. Identify, record and appropriately escalate safeguarding concerns. Work collaboratively with social workers, local authorities, schools, health professionals and other partner agencies.
