These opportunities are suited to commercially driven professionals with experience delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, premium office refurbishments and high-specification workplace environments. The roles offer the opportunity to work on prestigious commercial projects, take ownership of commercial responsibilities and play a key role in the successful financial delivery of schemes. Key responsibilities may include: Managing the commercial aspects of high-end commercial fit-out projects from procurement through to final account. Overseeing subcontractor procurement, package management and commercial negotiations. Preparing cost forecasts, valuations, variations and financial reports. Monitoring project budgets, managing contractual risks and protecting profit margins. Negotiating and agreeing subcontractor accounts and final accounts.
