An established professional services firm is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its IT Services team in Bristol. You ll support colleagues across Microsoft 365, business applications and workplace technology, combining day-to-day troubleshooting with opportunities to improve systems and processes. The role You ll provide responsive, customer-focused support across hardware, software and user accounts, helping colleagues work effectively and keeping support requests moving through to resolution. Your responsibilities will include: Managing helpdesk tickets, investigating issues and keeping users informed. Supporting Windows 11 laptops, docking stations, monitors and peripherals. Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and internal business systems. Administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID accounts, including joiners and leavers. Managing Exchange Online distribution lists and Microsoft Teams groups. Supporting corporate iPhones and access to business resources on personal devices. Investigating network connectivity and meeting room technology issues. Maintaining accurate IT asset records and delivering IT inductions.
