Trade Account Manager

Workshop Recruitment is working with a fantastic client in Portsmouth who require a Trade Account Manager who can manage up to 400 trade accounts. You will manage the key relationships within this client base and actively develop business from the rest of the account base and look to acquire new customers.Key DutiesTo receive and answer inbound sales enquiries from trade accounts as well as pro-actively develop businessManage 400 trade accounts - this will be done via phone, meetings, email marketingEnsure all client enquiries, quotes or orders are accurate and actioned in a timely mannerLook for upselling opportunitiesAccurately record all orders and client information on SAP systemLook to convert quotations to sales and hit revenue targetsSkills and KnowledgeFirst class client relationship management skillsExcellent communicator - ability to build relations on the phone, an excellent telephone manner is a mustWell organised, accurate and methodical approachAble to work under pressure and to deadlinesGood admin and data entry skillsExcellent business development skillsAble to collaborate and work well within a teamConfident and resilientOther InformationBase salary up to £30K, opportunity for £5K additional OTE (uncapped)20 days holiday + BH9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri (37.5 hour week)Free ParkingCompany PensionSupportive management teamFree refreshments
