As the Compliance Team Leader, you will be: Lead the delivery of statutory servicing, testing, inspections, risk assessments and remedial works across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts and Legionella compliance. Manage and develop the compliance team, monitor performance against targets and ensure organisational compliance objectives are achieved. Monitor contractor performance, oversee compliance works and ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and organisational standards. Analyse compliance reports, maintain accurate records and manage risks to ensure properties remain safe and compliant. Qualifications and experience the Compliance Team Leader will need: Experience managing projects from planning through to completion. Experience analysing compliance reports and managing customer-facing services. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop teams and manage change. Experience managing contractor performance and an understanding of budget management. Qualifications in one or more of the six key compliance areas would be advantageous.
