As the Compliance Team Leader, you will be:

• Lead the delivery of statutory servicing, testing, inspections, risk assessments and remedial works across fire, gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts and Legionella compliance.
• Manage and develop the compliance team, monitor performance against targets and ensure organisational compliance objectives are achieved.
• Monitor contractor performance, oversee compliance works and ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
• Analyse compliance reports, maintain accurate records and manage risks to ensure properties remain safe and compliant.

Qualifications and experience the Compliance Team Leader will need:

• Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.
• Experience analysing compliance reports and managing customer-facing services.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop teams and manage change.
• Experience managing contractor performance and an understanding of budget management.
• Qualifications in one or more of the six key compliance areas would be advantageous.
