We are seeking a skilled Interim Building Surveyor to support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital, refurbishment and property improvement projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of construction and asset management schemes, providing professional surveying expertise from project inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities Deliver building surveying services across refurbishment, alteration and construction projects. Manage and oversee property and construction-related projects. Prepare and review designs, specifications and technical documentation. Administer construction contracts and monitor contractor performance. Provide professional advice on building construction, maintenance and property matters. Support procurement and tendering activities. Monitor project costs, programmes and associated risks. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements. Undertake Principal Designer duties where qualified and appointed. Liaise with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders throughout project delivery. Requirements Essential Degree in Building Surveying or a related construction discipline.
