Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manager

Overview
A leading international restaurant group is looking to hire a new Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manager for Data Strategy on a part-time basis. The role will be for 3/4 days per week with 2 required onsite.This person will play a key role in reporting around employee relations and case management data in order to better inform the People Team.Responsibilities
Managing data collection and reporting for sensitive employee investigations to be disseminated to internal and external stakeholders.Identifying trends and flagging these to leadership for follow-up.Collaborating with the People Team to update our case management system to better capture investigation data.Ensuring integrity of data that is collected by different staff members and teams.Finding creative solutions to handle situations where data exists in multiple environments. Presenting your findings to leadership on a monthly basis.Qualifications
Experience using Power Business Insights and a high level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and Power Query.Strong data management and reporting skills for sensitive information.Ability to work part-time (3/4 days per week) with approximately 1 onsite day in North London.Additional information
