Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manager - part-timeA leading international restaurant group is seeking a Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manager for Data Strategy on a part-time basis. The role is 3/4 days per week with 1 day onsite in North London.Responsibilities

Manage data collection and reporting for sensitive employee investigations to be disseminated to internal and external stakeholders.Identify trends and flag these to leadership for follow-up.Collaborate with the People Team to update the case management system to better capture investigation data.Ensure integrity of data collected by different staff members and teams.Find creative solutions to handle data existing in multiple environments. Present findings to leadership on a monthly basis.Experience with Power BI (Power Business Insights) and a high level of Excel knowledge (pivot tables, Power Query, etc.) is highly beneficial.Qualifications / Requirements

Experience in data analysis and reporting for HR or People/People Analytics contexts is preferred.Ability to communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders.Strong data governance and accuracy skills across multiple environments.Details
