CJS Recruitment are seeking experienced and reliable Site Managers with experience in roofing and carpentry contracts.

Candidates will oversee day-to-day site operations and manage labour teams on active construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining project schedules and site organisation.

We are looking for site managers who have the following : CSCS Card, High level QA experiance, good with paperwork, roofing knowledge and carpentry experiance.

There is potential for longterm work on these contracts, if you are experienced with roofing programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate teams of labourers on site on roofing contracts 
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Enforce health and safety regulations and site procedures
• Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site workers
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers as required
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standard
• Report progress, issues, and incidents to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction site supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Perfect understanding of construction health and safety practices
• Ability to read and follow project plans and schedules
• First aid at work 
• Black CSCS card 
• Asbestos awareness
• Manual handling 
• Working at height 
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
