We''re working with an established housebuilder looking to appoint a Site Manager for a traditional build residential development in Essex.
This would suit an experienced Site Manager, but the business would also consider a strong Assistant Site Manager who is ready to step up and run their own site.
You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the development, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining build quality and programme, and ensuring health & safety standards are consistently met.
What we''re looking for:

• 
  Residential housebuilding experience
• 
  Traditional build experience preferred
• 
  Strong knowledge of build stages and NHBC standards
• 
  Confident managing trades and subcontractors
• 
  SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• 
  Either proven Site Manager experience or an Assistant Site Manager ready to step up
