Leading large-scale data centre projects from early strategy through to completion and aftercareActing as the senior point of contact for key clients, building trust and long-term partnershipsOverseeing all aspects of delivery - programme, cost, quality, risk and complianceDriving best practice in technical delivery, health and safety, and sustainabilityWorking closely with fellow Directors to shape and deliver wider business objectivesBuilding, mentoring and leading a high-performing specialist teamSupporting business development and securing new commissions in the data centre sectorWhat we’re looking for

We’re seeking an influential, technically strong and commercially astute leader with extensive experience in delivering major data centre schemes. You’ll combine deep sector expertise with the vision, energy and leadership skills to grow a market-leading service.Key requirements:Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar)Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale data centre projects in the UK or internationallyStrong technical knowledge across design, procurement, construction management and commissioningExcellent client interface and stakeholder management skillsAble to inspire, mentor and develop a growing teamStrategic thinker with the drive to build and expand a service lineClear understanding of contracts, procurement routes and risk managementWhat’s on offer
