This role focuses on supporting children, young people, and families through high-quality assessment, planning, and intervention, ensuring safety, stability, and improved outcomes. You will work within a highly regarded service that values reflective practice, professional autonomy, and multi-agency collaboration. Key Responsibilities Complete assessments under the Children Act, including Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries. Manage a varied caseload including CIN, CP, and Care Proceedings. Work closely with schools, health teams, police, and community services. Develop and review child-centred care and safety plans. Undertake direct work with children to ensure their voice shapes all decisions. Prepare high-quality reports for legal and multi-agency meetings. Maintain accurate, timely records in line with statutory requirements.
