The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, providing clinical leadership, supporting the nursing team and ensuring residents receive consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care. The Role As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical practice within the home, promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. Key responsibilities will include: Providing effective clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care. Supporting the development, implementation and review of individual care plans. Maintaining high standards of clinical governance, documentation and record keeping.
