Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions to students with SEN
• Provide support in subjects including Maths, English, Science, and other GCSE subjects
• Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet the individual learning needs of each student
• Help students build confidence and improve their academic performance
• Regularly track student progress and provide feedback to parents

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Proven experience working with SEN students (e.g., dyslexia, autism, ADHD, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum
• Passion for supporting students with additional learning needs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching approach
