This is an active, hands-on role suited to resilient, calm and reliable individuals who can build strong, positive relationships with young people. Immediate starts available, however we are also happy to consider applicants currently working a notice period. The Role: 1:1 and small group support Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation Assisting with personalised learning and life skills Encouraging positive engagement through structured and physical activities Working closely with teachers and therapists Ideal Backgrounds: Care or support work Youth work or mentoring Sports coaching or PE support Outdoor education Military, security or emergency services Psychology or Education graduates Individuals seeking a career change No school experience required as training is provided.
