About the Role You will be working closely with pupils who have complex needs, which may include: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)Severe or profound learning difficultiesCommunication and language needsSocial, emotional and behavioural needsPhysical or medical needs The role involves providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning, develop independence and achieve their individual targets. There may be occasions where personal care is required, including supporting pupils with toileting, hygiene, feeding or mobility. Full training and guidance will be provided.
