They are looking for someone who will take ownership and challenge where things could be better. The RoleWe are looking for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys working with managers and employees, and has a track record of driving positive cultural change within a fast paced food manufacturing environment. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference. You will take ownership of the Culture Plan and Roadmap, helping the business build stronger teams, improve employee engagement and create an environment where people feel valued and supported. Main ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the culture plan, working closely with leadership teams to drive positive change and make sure initiatives are delivered, rather than remaining ideas on paper.Lead employee engagement initiatives, including launching surveys, analysing results, presenting findings and working with managers to turn employee feedback into meaningful improvements.Support managers in making better use of existing performance management tools, ensuring conversations take place, actions are recorded and employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities.Take ownership ..... full job details .....
