We are working with a well-established residential propertymanagement business seeking a Service Charge Accounts Coordinatorto oversee a team of Service Charge Accountants and support thedelivery of accurate, timely service charge accounts across aportfolio of residential estates. This role would suit an experienced accounting professional witha strong understanding of year-end accounts and previoussupervisory or management experience. You will combine hands-onaccounting responsibilities with team leadership, processimprovement and collaboration across multiple departments toensure high standards of service and financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee a team of Service Charge Accountants, managingworkloads, monitoring deadlines and ensuring accounts arecompleted accurately and on time. Prepare service charge and RMC accounts, raise demands,complete bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow across asmall portfolio of estates. Review service charge accounts in line with internalprocedures, support budget reviews and manage ground rentremittances and corporation tax administration. Lead regular team meetings, one-to-ones, appraisals andprobation reviews, providing coaching, training and ongoingsupport to team members. Work closely with internal departments and senior management toimprove processes, strengthen financial controls and promote bestpractice.
