We''re looking for a hands-on Training Instructor to deliver engaging, practical and compliant workplace training across a busy operational site. You''ll play a key role in ensuring employees are trained, competent and confident in the safe operation of equipment and workplace processes. Working closely with the HR and Learning and Development teams, you''ll help develop workforce capability, support compliance requirements and contribute to a strong safety culture across the business. What You''ll Be Doing Delivering practical and classroom-based training in: Forklift Trucks (FLT) Overhead and workplace cranes Abrasive wheels Material handling activities MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Work Platforms) PASMA IOSH Working Safely IOSH Managing Safely Assessing employee competence through practical demonstrations, observations and questioning. Identifying training needs and helping to plan and schedule training programmes. Maintaining training records, competency assessments and training matrices. Supporting managers to ensure employees are fully trained before undertaking operational activities. Promoting safe working practices and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.
