**The Role:**

- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Assisting pupils with classroom activities and differentiated learning
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
- Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
- Helping maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Encouraging pupils to develop independence and confidence
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson activities and resources
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

**The Ideal Candidate:**

- Holds a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Has relevant experience working within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
- Has a good understanding of the primary school environment
- Is confident supporting pupils across different year groups
- Has a patient, positive and adaptable approach
- Is reliable and committed to supporting pupils'' learning
