The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Officer will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of day-to-day financial operations across the charity and its trading subsidiary. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to gain exposure to a varied finance function and further develop their skills in a rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently Maintaining financial records and supporting ledger management Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving queries Supporting credit control and monitoring outstanding balances Assisting with weekly payment runs and bank reconciliations Processing staff and volunteer expenses Supporting Gift Aid administration and restricted fund accounting Assisting with month-end processes, reconciliations and reporting Maintaining robust financial controls and audit trails Building effective working relationships across Finance, Fundraising and Operations teams The Successful Candidate You will be an organised and proactive ..... full job details .....
