It is only two years old and is still building its operation largely from scratch. The team is bidding for very large lottery operating licences across Europe and the US. These contracts are similar in scale to the UK National Lottery licence. The bid function is small and still growing, so this hire will make a real difference from day one. You''ll set the structure, processes and standards for the writing team and still write a lot yourself. Senior Bid Writer Responsibilities Writing and managing high-quality, compliant and persuasive responses to RFPs and similar procurement documents, from first outline to submission Working out what resource each pursuit needs, then bringing in, briefing and managing contract writers so their work arrives on time and to a high standard Building response structures and storyboards that contract writers can pick up easily and that answer customer requirements and scoring criteria directly Weaving win themes, discriminators, customer benefits and value propositions through every section Working with subject matter experts (many of them new to bidding) to draw out ..... full job details .....
