A leading food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Whey Production Manager to take ownership of a high-performing processing operation and play a key role in driving operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proven manufacturing leader with experience in food, dairy, process, or FMCG environments to lead a large production team within a technically advanced facility supplying products to global markets.


Your new role

• Leading, developing and motivating production teams to achieve world-class performance
• Driving continuous improvement, efficiency and yield optimisation initiatives
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance
• Collaborating with engineering and senior leadership to deliver operational targets and strategic objectives
• Identifying opportunities to improve plant performance, productivity and profitability

What you''ll need to succeed

• Proven production management experience within food, dairy, FMCG or process manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement programmes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A relevant qualification in Food Science, Engineering or a related discipline
