KEY DUTIES: Lead, manage, and continually improve the fabrication and production processes across both bespoke projects and production runs. Create and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules aligned with client turnaround times. Supply Chain and Materials Management - Order and manage raw steel, section steel, and components for heavy plant projects in a cost-effective manner to ensure zero downtime. Ensure maximum productivity, cost-effectiveness, and strict quality control across welding, laser cutting, folding, and assembly lines. Plan and coordinate resources to meet the demands of major sectors, including screening, crushing, recycling, and mining environments. Maintain and improve factory facilities, managing routine maintenance schedules for production machinery and plant equipment.
