This role would suit a commercially aware and driven Contracts Manager with a strong background in civils and groundworks.Key Responsibilities Manage multiple civils and groundworks projects simultaneously.Oversee project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved.Lead and support site teams, including Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineers.Ensure all projects comply with health and safety legislation and company procedures.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.Monitor project progress and resolve any operational issues that may impact delivery.Review project performance, costs and resource requirements.Contribute to programme planning and project strategy.Attend client and site meetings as required.Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations and company objectives. ..... full job details .....
