We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager (or a Mechanical Engineer looking to step up into a contract management role) to oversee the delivery and performance of technical maintenance contracts across multiple sites. The role will involve managing client relationships, supporting site-based teams, ensuring contracts are delivered safely and effectively, and taking responsibility for commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery and performance of technical maintenance contracts. Act as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships. Monitor planned and reactive works, PPM programmes and overall service delivery. Manage contract performance, budgets and profitability. Prepare quotations and specifications for additional works, repairs and upgrades. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and engineering teams. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and develop existing contracts. Support asset management, lifecycle planning and sustainability initiatives. Ensure all works comply with relevant health, safety and industry regulations. Coordinate multiple sites, priorities and stakeholders. Requirements Previous experience managing mechanical, MandE or technical maintenance contracts. Strong commercial awareness, including experience with contract PandL.
