You ll help move the team from a largely administrative support model to a proactive sales enablement function that improves performance, drives consistency and supports revenue growth. Working closely with Sales, Business Development, Finance and Marketing, you ll ensure our tools, processes and data truly support our commercial teams and make it easier for them to win business. Key Responsibilities Sales Enablement and Performance Partner with Sales, Business Development, Finance and Marketing to improve how teams operate Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps Implement solutions that improve sales effectiveness and KPI performance Drive adoption of sales tools, processes and contract templates Ensure accurate data and reporting to support commercial decision-making Commercial Processes and Governance Manage key commercial data sets including price lists, proposal templates and contract documentation Improve processes, workflows and system integrations
