Engineering and Manufacturing Support Coordinator About the job The Multi-Site Engineering Co-Ordinator will lead and develop our engineering spares and contractor controls through building synergies between sites to reduce stock holdings and contractor costs.This will assist the business strategy in increasing equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.This is a pivotal role within our business, offering the opportunity to shape long-term engineering strategy and contribute to our broader business goals. Key Duties and Responsibilities Safety Actively promote a safe working environment by Monitoring contractors when on site to ensure full compliance with site rulesActively challenge and report unsafe behavioursMonitor contractors when on site to ensure full compliance with site rules Statutory Requirements Work with insurance companies to plan on time inspectionsLiaise with Insurance inspectors and site departments to provide a site attendance plan to ensure equipment is available for inspection dates.Ensure all equipment is calibrated in a timely manner and available for use.Log all Statutory work on CMMS - AgilityControl engineering documentation for waste handling Purchasing Monitor and provide reports as required covering Engineering parts, labour and Contractor spend.Continually challenge costs and requirements of all ordersEnsure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner to match installation requirements to reduce the impact on production Contrac
