Support Coordinator We''re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in the North Lincolnshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke. Position: S11333 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home-based, North Lincolnshire. However, frequent travel will be required as part of this role (this will include the need for regular home visits and may include team meetings or other work-related meetings) Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week Salary: Circa £16,400 per annum (FTE circa £27,435 per annum) Contract: This is a fixed term contract until 30 September 2026, covering an internal secondment.
