Bristow Holland are working with an exciting organisation based in Ipswich who are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract, with a view to becoming permanent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid first-line experience who enjoys user-facing support and wants the security and progression of a long-term role. You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to internal users, ensuring a high level of service and quick resolution of IT issues. Responsibilities include: Providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and ticketing system Supporting users across Microsoft 365 and Active Directory User account management including password resets, group membership, and onboarding/offboarding Troubleshooting Windows desktop and application issues Logging and updating tickets with clear documentation Key Skills: Previous experience in a 1st line IT support or service desk role Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Experience with Active Directory user administration Strong customer service and communication skills Well organised with a proactive approach to problem solving
