The Digital and Social Media Marketing Coordinator will manage all B2B digital communications, including website content, email campaigns, social media channels, and digital sales tools. You will be responsible for end-to-end content planning, scheduling, reporting, and optimisation across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. This is a hands-on, dynamic role working amongst a small team, reporting into the Marketing Manager, with a dotted line to the Marketing Director. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, schedule, and analyse social media content across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing campaigns. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, managing audience segmentation, GDPR compliance, reporting, and optimisation of open and click-through rates. Coordinate website updates and homepage content to ensure timely launches and accurate information.
