Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the senior leadership team, this is a broad and commercially focused role that offers significant exposure across the organisation and a clear route for future progression. The Role As Senior Finance Manager, you will lead day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls and meaningful commercial insight to support business performance and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working across both financial and operational matters in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop the finance team. Own the budgeting, forecasting and cash flow processes. Deliver accurate and timely management reporting.
