Based within a temporary accommodation unit in Coventry (CV1), you''ll be working with individuals facing homelessness, including those with drug and alcohol support needs. This is a full-time fixed-term contract running until March 2026.As a Housing Support Officer, you''ll be responsible for conducting sign-ups, managing rent accounts, delivering intensive housing management, and supporting vulnerable clients to sustain their tenancies. You will work closely with external agencies to provide tailored support and move-on plans. We are very keen to speak to Housing Support Officers who have experience working within temporary accommodation, supported housing, homelessness services, or similar settings.The role is Monday to Friday, 9am5pm, based fully on-site in Coventry.
