In this role, you will actively drive growth of the practice, through effective leadership of an established team that energises and motivates individuals to commit to delivering an excellent client service, using efficient regulatory working practices.Job Responsibilities
Lead a Private Client team - Wills/Probate/Trusts.Support the development and delivery of a business plan for the team/group by identifying actions to drive profitable growth.Secure profitable new clients through networking and cross sell opportunities, whilst simultaneously increasing the Firm''s profile.Create and deliver a pipeline to ensure a continual flow of profitable work for team members.Drive a culture of cross selling and support business development activities.Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money".Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms such as Lawsoft, Visualfiles, Worksite and InterAction by ensuring they are updated in a timely manner.Actively drive key projects, ensuring that the targeted deliverables and benefits are achieved.Provide coaching and training for individuals to maximise talent development.About you
Robust background in Private Client arena - Wills/Probate/TrustsExceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.Experience of leading teams to achieve financial and service delivery targets, with a track record of improving financial performanceLeadership skills, Coaching and MentoringAble to build and manage client portfolios, generating work for self and teamAble to plan workloads and resources effectivelyStrategic ThinkingExcellent client care and client support skillsBenefits
