About the role As a Service Delivery Lead it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support. You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
