This role is ideal for someone who is driven to develop business relationships and expand our presence across Middlesex and South London. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and build on B2B relationships to win New Homes business across the regions.Maintain relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.Collaborate with peers across divisions to build networks and identify opportunities for referrals.Manage KPIs, income cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organisation.Engage with a wide audience through strong presence in front of the camera, maximizing reach and impact.
